- New market entrant aims to transform professional services for small businesses
- Inviqa launches digital platform with complex service integrations
- New service enables SMEs to manage professional services with ease
Set up by former Accenture consultants, Geniac aims to cut costs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by helping automate legal, accounting, and other corporate services. The management team behind Geniac is backed by Web Help, a multinational outsourced solutions business.
Geniac needed to get to market fast with a digital platform to provide professional services to SMEs at a lower cost. It required a scalable, open-source platform with minimum wastage.
Finding a solution
Inviqa led the project, using agency Matter of Form for design and user experience (UX). We worked with the Geniac team to build a robust application that integrates with several third-party solutions to boost functionality.
The legal document service is fully automated via integration with HotDocs. Customer retail management is also fully automated – something that was achieved by leveraging Salesforce’s extensive APIs. Accounting functionality is driven by Twin Fields and easily managed by a bookkeeper in Geniac’s back office.
We successfully delivered a new business proposition that enables Geniac customers to manage their professional services online. The platform has been soft launched and Inviqa will continue to support the business and launch new features.
