The session will be led by Inviqa's Digital Strategy Director Nicholas Weber. He will lay out the case for assessing your digital maturity and building a digital roadmap before embarking on digital transformation initiatives, to mitigate risk and maximise the return on investment from technology adoption.
We'll then debate the realities of some of the blockers to digital maturity and digital transformation, and share our experiences of how to overcome them.
The session will be run under the Chatham House Rule, and we'll ensure there is plenty of time for you to network with your peers over breakfast.
