Managing Director for Inviqa, Yair is CEO and a co-founder of the Inviqa Group. Yair has been involved in the enterprise technology industry for over 30 years and is passionate about open source. Paul Wander, VP Sales & Marketing
A co-founder of the Inviqa Group, Paul heads up the Sales & Marketing team and jointly manages the company alongside Yair. Paul has an unusual blend of technical skill combined with commercial acumen which means he’s an expert at identifying the value that web applications can bring to a business. Alistair Stead, CTO
Alistair has been developing software with PHP and other technologies since before 2000. Alistair has helped many enterprise clients from the UK and Europe realise complex software solutions. As an advocate of Open Source Software Alistair has contributed to a number of projects over the past few years. Alistair has a keen interest in development processes and practices using a mix of technology and programming languages to support development of software. Ben Longden, CTO
Ben has been working with web technology since mid 2002, using a variety of different languages and methodologies. He has worked across different industries including Mobile Marketing, Data, ISP and Professional Services. He's been writing and contributing to open source projects for much of that time and has a keen interest in the design of beautiful, RESTful web services. Outside of work he is a father, and with what little spare time he has, he can be found hacking one of his own projects or infrequently blogging on techPortal and his own personal blog at http://nocarrier.co.uk Location: Sheffield.
Andy Todd, Professional Services Director
Andy is the Professional Services Director for the Inviqa Group. Andy has worked with Yair and Paul for many years and joined the company in 2010 to oversee the growing Professional Services department. Andy is responsible for the delivery of all our projects as well as the support, training and consultancy services. With over 20 years experience in Business and Information Technology management for international clients, Andy is focused on delivering projects which deliver significant value, on time and within budget. Andy has a significant focus on coaching and a personal interest in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Andy has a BSc in Economics and Accounting from Edinburgh University. Location: London.
Alex Blaney, Creative Director
Alex is an award-winning Creative Director. Alex oversees every aspect of the creative output spanning a wide range of platforms and mediums. Passionate about building and enhancing the brand experience online, Alex injects the “wow” factor into our client projects. With 14 years experience under his belt, Alex is fluent in the practical aspects of design and interactive development, ensuring the right creative solution is delivered to our clients and their customers every time. Boaz Tal, Business Development Director
Boaz is Inviqa’s Business Development Manager. He joined the company in 2010. Since joining the Inviqa Group Boaz has brought in some of Inviqa’s largest accounts, including The UN’s World Food Programme, Vodafone, Virgin Management, C Spencer, William Hill Online, TalkTalk and The Open University. Boaz has a keen interest in the psychology of sales and has recently completed an MSc in Management Consultancy and Organisational Change at the University of Birkbeck.Location: London.
Isobel Pearce, Marketing Director
Isobel joined the Inviqa Group in 2012. Prior to joining Inviqa, Isobel was at Colway Ltd for 10 years. In her role as Marketing Director for Inviqa, Isobel is positioning Inviqa as the number one open source company in Europe. She manages a small team of marketing executives and works closely with the senior management team to provide marketing direction across all of the Inviqa Groups brands. Before joining the workforce, Isobel studied Advertising & Marketing at Bournemouth University and completed an MPhil in Publishing at Stirling University. Location: London.
Amelia Bradshaw, Human Resources Director
Amelia, Chartered MCIPD, is HR Director for the Inviqa Group and has over 14 years' experience in HR. She joined the group in early 2011 and established the HR function, growing it from the ground up. She's responsible for overseeing all Human Resources activity in the organisation, including performance management, career development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and company culture. She holds a PG Dip in Human Resource Management, a Certifcate of Personnel Practice, and BA(hons) from the University of Exeter in Public Relations and Sociology.
