Inviqa joins Havas Group and merges with ekino London

By Inviqa

Today we announced our acquisition by Havas Group – one of the world’s largest global communications groups. We also joined forces with Havas digital experience agency, ekino London, which joins us under the Inviqa brand.

The Havas Group – which employs 20,000 people in more than 100 countries – is owned by French media conglomerate Vivendi, known for the likes of Group Canal+, Dailymotion, and Gameloft.

The substantial, eight-figure deal will see Inviqa integrate into the burgeoning Havas CX network and merge with ekino London.

A strategic partner to support our client success

Our core mission here at Inviqa is to help organisations drive the best customer and business outcomes through inclusive and purposeful digital products.

We help household names like Tesco, Arsenal FC, and REISS to shape the digital products, teams, processes, and software systems they need to meet diverse customer needs and accelerate their business growth.

As part of the Havas Group, we’re primed to deliver more value to our clients, grow our European footprint, and expand our capabilities in digital consulting, experience design, and software engineering – as our CEO and founder, Yair Spitzer, explains:

'We’re delighted to join the Havas Group family. The move follows a very rigorous process to find the right strategic partner to support our goals, expand our reach, and deliver even more value to our clients and their customers.

We received several interesting offers, but were impressed above all by the quality of Havas’ people, its entrepreneurial spirit, and synergy across the group’s Village model.

'With its focus on making a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people, Havas’ mission is closely aligned with our focus on inclusive and purposeful digital products that drive the best customer and business outcomes. We’re really excited to bring together our deep expertise in digital experience and to collaborate with specialists across other complementary disciplines'.

Chris Hirst, Global CEO, Havas Creative, said: ‘The opportunity to substantially scale our experience design, technology, and ecommerce capabilities in one of our key CX hubs was too good to turn down.

‘With the addition of Inviqa, we now boast three market leading CX agencies – spanning consultancy and brand strategy, experience design, and customer engagement – that can go toe-to-toe with anyone'.

Our ekino colleagues bring to Inviqa their expertise and capabilities in omnichannel communication, customer experience, and technology services and solutions.

What our clients can expect

Inviqa clients can expect the usual high standards of support from our teams, who are on hand to answer any questions on the acquisition.

As part of the Havas network of complementary and like-minded agencies, we’re well positioned to expand our services and capabilities, and scale our support to meet the changing needs of our clients.

The Inviqa London team is in the process of moving to our new home at the Havas King’s Cross Village. Our locations in other parts of the UK, Germany, and Hungary remain the same.
